This forum exists for two reasons folks. They are as follows:
1.) Tell us about the good or bad regarding the website. That means if you see something cool and want to tell us that, do it here. That also means if you see something that blows goat, you can do that here. It also means that if you have a suggestion, here is where you chime in. Fair warning though: Do it nicely, or you risk smarmy responses by Joe or I.
and...
2.) Want to engage us directly in a conversation that you want to be public? You can do that here too. Please keep in mind that what you think is public worthy might not be what WE think is public worthy, We make that decision. Think benevolent dictatorship and you're on track. Essentially this forum is a guarantee to get our attention. Use our attention wisely!
Thanks!

Nothing in this world can take the place of persistence. Talent will not; nothing is more common than unsuccessful people with talent. Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb. Education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are omnipotent.

Um, how about some way of commenting on things that have been posted to your profile by others? I've wanted to respond to some of these but i'm not sure posting on their profile would work as it might seem unrelated and random.
Or if you think i should just toughen up and shut up then go ahead and tell me and i'll stop bitching about small things like this...

Do you mean commenting on your own profile?

As in commenting on things that others have posted on your profile, as you did to everybody as they joined.

Im assuming, and I could be wrong, that The Calaxy is referreing to like a Reply button of sorts. That is what went through my mind when I first saw the profile comments. It does work to just post something on top of it but I know that some replies to my posts on other peoples profiles went unnoticed til I went and looked at their profiles. It works too to just post a comment on the other persons profile as a reply but it looks kind of confusing. I also may just be using it wrong lol, that has been known to happen from time to time!

Chris, A day or two ago you posted a little blurb on the right hand scroll of the home page about what us fans expected (from you) when/as Adrian posts. I thought about this as I have really felt connected to Adrian's story and I ran back through a lot of old posts looking for a favorite, I didn't find one. What I find is a theme. That is the mental side of dealing with the isolation, hopes, fears, the guilt, ...in short the human side of having to adjust to something that hopefully none of us ever will.
You have created a character that a growing number of people, myself included, have an attachment. It's not the number of houses cleared or zombies killed or gas cans filled, it's the way he holds to a vision of something good to come out of the chaos despite the slip-ups, set backs and stumbles. Mainly that he survives what the new world throws at him and his growing family to write again.
thanks for sharing Adrian with me(us)

I am def getting that bad/worse shirt next friday when my paycheck comes in. Or sooner if I sell my old car. I am having problems seeing the cafepress store though for all the other stuff. Either it is not loading, or the link is broken/down. It seems like it loads, but it only loads the stuff at the bottom of the page and puts it up top. I didnt see anyone else mention problems with it so it could just be me...
