What song is that? It reads really well.
The problem I've had in pinning down Jaeger's 'themesong' is that her personality shifts and fluctuates. Like a real person's. One day she's all bad ass and indestructible. The next she's crushed beneath the misery of her immortal, solitary existence. I've put her through alot of anguish because I wanted readers to understand the changes she's experienced, rather than have her personality simply be a few paragraphs about bad stuff that happened before the story started. In other words, if the reader was a psychologist with Jaeger on the couch, she wouldn't be talking about her parents. She'd be talking about the stuff that's happened since the book started.
